Listening fosters Speaking

Subjects remain the same whereas the skills vary.  English is not our native language.  In this modern world, to acquaint ourselves with this global village, the ability of communicating fluently in English is very important. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the two basic skills: listening and speaking.  Somehow, initially we may find difficulty in understanding syntax and semantics while listening to the language and may not be able to place our thought process into words.   However the rope doesn’t end here.  It is reiterated that the emphasis given to listening activities shall improve the quality of the spoken part of the language.  Hence the innovation project ‘ Listening fosters Speaking’ has been carried out.
